As a learning designer, executive coach, and change management professional, Codie knows that learning and change go hand in hand. She draws inspiration from therapists and psychologists like Ester Perel, Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey, Irvin Yalom, Carl Rogers, The Hendricks, Harville Hendrix and Helen Hunt, Vigina Stair, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, The Gottman’s, Becky Kennedy, Marshall Rosenberg, Maria Gerber, Janet Jilian, Dossie Eaton, Janey W. Hardy and Jessica Fern.

Codie has a wealth of experience working with groups and within executive settings with adults in times of transition. She is also committed to using a CRSJ Lens (Culturally Responsive and Socially Just) within her therapeutic practice and identifies as a white-cis-gendered neuro-divergent woman.

She is passionate about supporting people to live rich and meaningful lives on their own terms. Driven by a curiosity of self-full intimacy and the joy connecting with others brings, she offers her clients gentle support, empathy, and wisdom practices of self-inquiry to support a deeper sense of self in the world.
